Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a platform-specific content strategy that supports our brand goals and values. Identify new opportunities and trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation: Plan, produce, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Leverage our video work to create reels, BTS snippets, teasers, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Community Management: Build relationships with our followers and industry peers by actively engaging in comments, messages, and tags. Create a sense of community around our brand voice and projects.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategy based on results. Present monthly reports with insights and actionable takeaways.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A social media pro with 2+ years of experience managing brand accounts (bonus if it's in media, video, or creative industries)
  • Obsessed with storytelling and visual content
  • Comfortable on set or in a production environment, even if behind the scenes
  • Skilled in content editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Insightful about social algorithms and trends, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • A strong communicator who can write sharp, engaging copy
  • Organized, self-directed, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative culture
