We are seeking a skilled Information Security Assistant to support our team at PCHC. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in information security, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Information Security Policy Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive information security policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Data Privacy Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of data privacy measures, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for enhanced protection.
  3. Security Solution Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate information security solutions, providing expert advice on solution selection and implementation.
  4. Vendor Management: Support the Information Security Officer in managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  5. Business Continuity Planning: Participate in the planning, execution, and documentation of business continuity test activities, ensuring accurate results and effective feedback.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Information Security Officer and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  7. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex information security challenges, developing innovative solutions.
  8. Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A graduate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  3. A willingness to work fully onsite in Makati.
