Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Operational Standards: Develop and maintain operational standards that meet international certification requirements (ISO, regulatory bodies, industry benchmarks, etc.).
  2. Evaluate and Document Critical Standards: Assess, evaluate, and document critical operational standards to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
  3. Provide Recommendations for Process Improvements: Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit results, incidents, and business needs.
  4. Define and Refine Process Interfaces: Utilize tools such as SIPOC (Supplier-Input-Process-Output-Customer) to define and refine process interfaces.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
  • Experience: With at least 5-6 years of relevant work experience; Can handle supervisorial role; entry-level supervisorial role; or can be considered a specialist
  • Certifications: ISO Standards or other certifications standards including as Auditor; Lead Implementer Leadership training
