About the Role

As a professional in educational services, you will be responsible for guiding families through the discovery process and converting qualified leads into successful service engagements.

This role is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, overseeing the end-to-end student–instructor matching process from reviewing intake insights to coordinating assignments and tracking key service metrics.

Key responsibilities include leading initial client engagement by responding to inquiries and guiding families toward appropriate educational services, executing follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage, and maintaining strong pipeline hygiene by updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
