We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant to join our team at Radix Systems Services Corporation. As a key member of our infrastructure development solutions team, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for Finance SAP-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving SAP system problems and user queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for Finance SAP-related issues and troubleshoot SAP system problems and user queries.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with end-users and third-party support for resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex accounting system issues and implement preventive measures to address recurring problems.
  • Establish governance and compliance monitoring to ensure full adoption of the new system and processes by the Infra Group.
  • Work closely with the BUs, AIC project management team, and systems implementers during project implementation to ensure successful implementation and smooth transition.
  • Lead the assigned outsourced support to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues and delivery of project requirements.
  • Lead the continuous learning for SAP and other finance tools and participate in SAP user groups, forums, and communities to stay connected with the broader SAP community.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in financial reports programming and finance automation technologies and evaluate their potential application to the company's processes.
  • Propose and lead the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with the IT & Digital team.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability of SAP-related documentation such as user manuals, user instructions, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing resources.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Information Technology, or other Business Course.
  • At least five years of professional experience as a Functional SAP consultant or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Intensive knowledge of the business process in a given area of expertise and a good understanding of the business process in general.
  • Have an overview of the full range of SAP and 3rd party products within the production environment, particularly SAP Functional Configuration and User Acceptance Testing design, development, and performance for SAP functionality.
  • Experience integrating complex systems, including gap analysis and mapping between multiple database systems.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
License/Certification and Training Requirement
  • SAP certifications.
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred but not required.
  • Lean Six Sigma/project management certifications preferred but not required.
Additional Information
  • This is a 6-month contract position with the infrastructure development solutions client and with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Benefit from the lesser tax deduction (2 or 5% monthly, 8% in total per year).
  • Have a work-life balance with day shift schedule, weekday work, and hybrid work setup at BGC, Taguig.
