Job Title: Social Media Content Coordinator

About the Role

As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our social media team by brainstorming, organizing, and scheduling content across multiple platforms. Your focus will be on ensuring that our online presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule daily posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster authentic connections with our community.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to help us stay relevant and creative.
  • Team Support: Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and writers to coordinate campaigns and meet content deadlines.
  • Analytics Tracking: Assist with performance reporting and analyze key metrics to evaluate what's working and what's not.

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
  • Basic design/video skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
  • Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
  • Experience growing a personal or brand account
