Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying business problems and developing solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop solutions
  • Planning and designing business processes and system modifications
  • Making recommendations to improve business activities
  • Gathering business requirements through various techniques and analyzing and documenting complex business requirements and processes
  • Creating test case scenarios and monitoring/overseeing testing to ensure client requirements are incorporated into the system design
  • Developing business requirements documents/user stories to support modifications

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • A degree in Business, IT or a relevant field
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required
  • A certification in business analysis concepts and Agile approach to prioritizing work is an asset
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
