We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Staff to join our team at So-En Garments Corporation. As an Accounts Receivable Staff, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, reducing bad debts, and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage cash flow by monitoring and updating credit orders, payments, invoices, and counter receipts of assigned customers.
  2. Reduce bad debts by gathering all overdue, unapproved deduction accounts every 15th & 30th of the month.
  3. Improve customer satisfaction by coordinating with customers regarding their accounts.
  4. Monitor and update B2B transactions, Cash Transmittal & Bank Transfer payment of SM & RDS concessionaire, and SGC-Tutuban account.
  5. Conduct monthly fieldwork for counter receipts of deliveries made by the concessionaire.
  6. Reconcile and monitor BH Group & In-house accounts.
  7. Compute bi-monthly sales commission for North and South Provincial Salesman.
  8. Perform work meeting customers' requirements, applicable regulatory requirements, and supporting the achievement of quality objectives of his unit.
