The Role
In this critical position, you'll play a key role in supporting customers using our IO/Transport products with a Premium Service Agreement in the Nordics and EMEA regions. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and coordinating tasks with internal Service Managers, ensuring seamless delivery for multiple customers simultaneously. As a self-driven and proactive individual, you'll know when to ask for help from colleagues and input from customers when needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you'll require strong analytical skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and problem-solving acumen. Proficiency in technologies such as C#, XLST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure DevOps is an advantage. Additionally, experience with tools like Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, and Git will serve you well in this role.
