The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with experience in the construction industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) plans aligned with project specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to KMC standards in all inspection and testing processes, establishing procedures for effective audits and corrective actions to mitigate quality risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including Project Managers, Design, and Engineering teams, to maintain quality assurance throughout project phases.
  • Conduct post-project reviews, providing detailed summaries of each trade scope to drive continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation practices, ensuring conformance to project specifications.
  • Oversee third-party testing and inspection activities, ensuring that all tests are conducted in a timely manner and meet required standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and various teams to uphold the quality of systems and materials used in the project.

Key Requirements:

  • Licensure: Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer.
  • Experience: Preferably two (2) years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and contribute in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Extremely detail-oriented, with a focus on precision and quality in all tasks.
