Job Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist will create and facilitate training materials to equip the organization with fundamental skills and knowledge. This role involves delivering and evaluating soft and technical skills training on various aspects of client interactions.

This position requires an attentive and analytical individual who can effectively evaluate transactions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers. The Quality Analyst's key focus is to guarantee the delivery of the highest levels of customer experience and employee engagement while driving KPI performance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Define Sutherland's reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
