Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a wide range of high-quality deliverables, including branding (logos, style guides, visual identity), print (flyers, business cards, packaging, book covers), digital (web pages, UI elements, email graphics, social media assets), and ads (display banners, lead magnets, promos).
  • Use and integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar, to speed up ideation and improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, Squad Leads, and Quality Analysts to deliver consistent, on-brand designs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in web and graphic design, ideally in a remote agency or client-facing setup.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, including mastery of Auto Layout, and Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher.
