Job Description

The Strategic Workforce Consultant plays a critical role in analyzing workforce data to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans. This role involves using data analysis tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  1. Support short and long-term operational/business activities through comprehensive analysis.
  2. Develop and maintain workforce planning models and tools.
  3. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, presenting analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning.
  4. Review and report on key operational metrics, including volume, average handle time, shrinkage, occupancy, utilization, attrition, and SLA/turnaround time.
  5. Participate in the annual budgeting exercise with finance and business teams.
