We are seeking a detail-oriented data professional to build and maintain clean, reliable, and scalable data models that drive business reporting and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and a solid understanding of business operations. Experience in lead generation—especially within the legal industry—is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the transformation layer (dbt) and ensure it provides well-tested and performant datasets for analytics and reporting.
  • Develop curated data marts or semantic layers that enable business users or dashboard developers to self-serve reporting needs without requiring custom SQL queries.
  • Proactively monitor data pipelines and anomalies using tools like Monte Carlo, and take ownership of triaging data quality issues before they impact stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of data modeling experience at production level.
  • 3+ years SQL (MySQL or similar)
  • 1 year of dbt
  • Solid understanding of Git (commit, branch, merge)
