Design Role Overview

We are seeking imaginative and tech-savvy designers who embrace both traditional and modern tools to produce exceptional designs.

Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality deliverables, including branding, print, digital, ads, presentations, and infographics. They will use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar, to speed up ideation and improve creative output.

Responsibilities
  • Create a variety of deliverables such as logos, style guides, visual identity, flyers, business cards, packaging, book covers, web pages, UI elements, email graphics, social media assets, display banners, lead magnets, promos, presentations, and infographics.
  • Use AI tools to enhance creative output.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers and team members to deliver consistent, on-brand designs.
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage multiple design requests daily with consistent quality and creativity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in web and graphic design, ideally in a remote agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases versatility and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and bonus AI design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher.
  • A reliable computer setup and stable internet with a backup plan in place.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
