**Job Description:**

The Blight Remediation Management Expert will be responsible for managing urban blight remediation programs and addressing client concerns related to special projects and maintenance activities within Meralco's franchise area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to address urban blight issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client complaints and issues.
  • Liaise with key suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Raise awareness among clients about services and procedures provided by the team.
  • Monitor and document VIP referrals and other Special Handling activities.

**Education and Work Experience:**

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferrably a licensed Engineer.
  • At least two years of related working experience.
