Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms and traditional media.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates work for eCommerce or consumer brands and will possess advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design with a focus on eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Familiarity with Shopify for storefront asset design and optimisation and Klaviyo for EDM template design and campaign visuals is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret client briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions.
  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels including Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo EDMs, paid ads, and social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices particularly in the eCommerce and digital marketing space.
