About the Role

  1. Support Project Schedules, Budgets, and Resources: Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Coordinate with Clients, Stakeholders, and Team Members: Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to execute project requirements and objectives.
  3. Maintain Compliance with Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure all project work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and MO PS&G standards.
  4. Support Architectural Design Process: Contribute to design development and construction documentation through expertise in architectural design principles and practices.
  5. Review Design Drawings and Specifications: Thoroughly review design drawings, specifications, and other project documents for accuracy and compliance.
  6. Collaborate with Interior Designers, Engineers, and Consultants: Integrate interior design, engineering, and consulting services to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
  7. Monitor Construction Progress: Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.
  8. Address Design or Construction Issues: Conduct site visits and inspections to address any design or construction issues promptly.
  9. Manage Change Orders and Conflicts: Support the implementation of change orders and resolve conflicts that arise during construction.
  10. Collaborate with Team Members and Departments: Foster effective collaboration and communication among team members, departments, and unit heads to facilitate efficient workflow and delivery.
  11. Support Senior Management and Clients: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project progress and performance.
  12. Perform Other Related Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management and team leaders.
