Job Title

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-impact presentations and visual materials that clearly communicate our value proposition.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually engaging materials that resonate with clients.
  • Support the development of new business pitches and creative assets by turning strategic insights into clear, compelling slides and layouts.
  • Ensure all design output adheres to brand identity and visual standards across presentations and sales materials.
  • Turn complex data into clear, visually engaging infographics and charts.
  • Develop and refine mock-ups or prototypes for key presentations based on feedback from Business Development and Strategy leads.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • A strong design portfolio with emphasis on presentation design is required. A web-based or PDF portfolio link must be submitted with application.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and responsive skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams across time zones using tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills — able to manage shifting priorities and provide fast turnarounds under pressure.
