We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Talent Sourcing Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles in our shared services site and operations.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Fully involved in the end-to-end recruitment process managing requisitions / vacancies from creation to on-boarding
  • Promoting career opportunities, conducting applicant sourcing & screening activities
  • Managing requisitions / vacancies, administration and hiring process documentation

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search role preferably in the multinational BPO / RPO / Shared Services industry. Experience in handling volume hiring is a plus.
