About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Assessor to join our team at Sysgen RPO, Inc. As a Penetration Tester, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and address vulnerabilities in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats
* Develop and execute penetration testing plans to test system defenses
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended security measures
* Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies
* Provide expert guidance on security best practices to colleagues

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in penetration testing (6 mos – 2 years of experience for Staff level)
* Strong understanding of web-based application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
* Experience with automated pentesting tools (Burp Suite, NMAP, Kali Linux, Wireshark etc.) and manual pentesting
* Knowledge of Red Teaming / Offensive Security is a plus
* One of the following certifications: OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, OSWE, CREST, CRTE, eCPTX, or eWPTX (good to have)
