Job Title: Software Solutions Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled software solutions developer to join our team. As a core member of our product development group, you will work closely with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets.

Your primary responsibilities will include new development, enhancements, and contribution to system releases. You will be working in a cross-functional team to build, test, and deliver applications for the financial services industry.

You will be required to interface with local Dev Managers and stakeholders in Europe and North America. Some workday offset may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development of automation tools
  • Provide high-quality, well-structured, and documented code
  • Stay current on emerging technologies
  • Adhere to development best practices and stay current with development technologies
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation
  • Document code check-ins
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in Node on web development and command line apps
  • 3+ years' experience with Relational Databases and ability to write ANSI compliant SQL
  • Solid knowledge in React, HTML, JSON, and CSS
  • Understanding of the HTTP stack and RESTful services
  • Experience with GIT
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Azure cloud services
  • Experience with Swift messaging and XML a plus
  • Knowledge of financial industry
  • Knowledge of SDLC and ITSM change management practices
  • Knowledge of Software Design Patterns & Object-oriented Programming
  • Knowledge of JS quality and unit testing tools
