Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented data analyst to support our team in delivering actionable insights from people data.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data preparation, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing recurring people metrics on monthly/quarterly cadences.
  • Validating and cleaning datasets from HR systems.
  • Updating and QA existing dashboards to ensure filters and definitions work as intended.
  • Pulling extracts and running basic analyses to support data analysis and investigations.
  • Maintaining data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in data/people analytics or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas) a must.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is beneficial.
  • Experience with HR data, especially from HRIS/ATS/payroll platforms would be advantageous.
  • An analytical and data driven mindset: you will be viewing large data sets and looking for trends at a deep level.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
