Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a paid social marketing strategy that sustainably accelerates Emma's growth in the APAC region.
  1. Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns across platforms like Meta and YouTube, including keyword research, ad copy development, and account structures.
  2. Budget Optimization: Control and optimize paid social bidding strategies to ensure effective allocation and maximize return on investment across all markets.
  3. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing for ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify and scale best practices across markets.
  4. Data Analysis: Track key performance metrics and utilize advanced analytics tools to generate insights that drive optimization and improve results across diverse markets.
About You
  • You know the paid social landscape by heart and can use this knowledge to scale these platforms and explore innovative marketing approaches.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce (startup exposure is a plus).
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or an equivalent form of education.
