Job Description

As an Accounting Clerk at JB Elite Corporation, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices and expense reports, reconciling bank statements, and providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions
  • Processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank statements and performing other bank-related tasks
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
