Job Description

This role involves providing assistance to both drivers and passengers, handling back office work when possible, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist drivers and passengers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform back office work when queue permits.
  • Ensure customers receive positive customer service experiences.
  • Achieve or exceed company goals and quotas.
  • Maintain adherence to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Be a K12 graduate or have at least 2 years of college undergraduate education in any field, or;
  • Have at least a high school diploma with 6 months of call center experience.
  • Be willing to work in a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be open to working onsite at Alabang.
  • possess average to good communication skills, both written and verbal.
