Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
