Job Description

The DS Finance Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.

You will ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and provide regular financial reports to management. The Accounting Manager will also work closely with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Perform monthly and yearly closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, and provide regular financial reports to management.
  • Evaluate and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
