Paraplanning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our financial planning team as a Paraplanner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs), conducting product comparisons, and performing strategy modelling in areas such as superannuation, insurance, and pensions.

• Compliance Documentation: Prepare comprehensive SOAs and ROAs in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
• Product Research: Conduct thorough product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products, utilizing tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic.
• SMSF Setup: Assist in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for property investment, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Financial Planning Software: Utilize financial planning software to research and document financial strategies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients, prioritizing client satisfaction and outcomes.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role, with a strong understanding of financial planning principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial planning tools, including Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic, with experience in Intelliflow advantageous but training provided.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to model financial strategies effectively and accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work collaboratively with financial advisers and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
