Job Opportunity: Financial Business Analyst

As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insights and identifying areas for improvement. This position involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, evaluating business operations, and developing performance metrics.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and analyze financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive operational scalability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements that align with organizational goals.
  • Assess the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to inform financial recommendations.
  • Communicate actionable insights through clear, concise financial reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
