We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume interviews, facilitating the selection of qualified candidates, and maintaining and managing applicant tracking system (ATS) pipelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote Outsourced Doers Inc.'s reputation as a leader in the industry.
- Conduct high-volume interviews and facilitate the selection of qualified candidates.
- Maintain and manage ATS pipelines, ensuring candidates are updated on their application status.
- Prepare and submit candidate evaluation scorecards and other required documents to the hiring manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a high-volume recruiter (either in-house or within an agency).
- Experience in conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
