As a Team Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting team members and ensuring engagement success. You will collaborate with leadership, operations, and resource management to provide optimized project staffing and maintain proper delivery team utilization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with operations to identify and assign project resources
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust
  • Managing own projects and overseeing concurrent client projects
  • Managing escalations between the project, client, or internal organizations
  • Overseeing resource planning and coordination of project activities
  • Mentoring staff in Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Providing clear understanding of responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Ensuring bench time is used to improve skills in line with practice technology roadmaps
  • Monitoring alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated relationship skills and experience setting and managing expectations
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively up to executive levels
  • Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Deep knowledge in stakeholder management, people management, and project delivery
  • Ability to manage up to 20 people and provide guidance on their career development
