Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to work as a full-time dispatcher for our organization. This role will be based at home and requires the individual to work independently.

• Ensure Drivers Maintain Compliance. The successful candidate will need to monitor daily driving logs to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and support customer requirements.
• Serve as a Point of Contact. As a reliable point of contact, the dispatcher will need to communicate effectively with drivers and management.
• Monitor Driving Logs. Daily monitoring of driving logs is essential to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

• A high school degree or equivalent is required, with a logistics or transportation degree being preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish fluency also being desirable.
• Familiarity with Department of Transportation and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations is necessary.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others. The ideal candidate should have strong typing and data entry skills, be proficient in Excel, and have a quick and thorough data entry/input background.

Critical thinking and fast responsiveness are essential for this position. Previous experience as a dispatcher would be an advantage but is not essential.
