Job Overview

The Online Reputation Manager will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving our online presence across review platforms, social media channels, and forums. This role ensures our brand voice is consistent, professional, and compliant with industry regulations, while strengthening our reputation through timely and thoughtful engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards (FDCPA, Reg F, etc.).
  • Develop processes to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring.
