About This Role

Ayuda Business Management Solution Inc is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee the effective management of our computer systems and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations to meet business needs.
  • Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing infrastructure.
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, and evaluating their performance.
  • Develop and implement IT systems, policies, and procedures to ensure security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs and system functionality.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
  • Ability to manage personnel and lead cross-functional teams.
  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
