Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Professional to provide critical analytics and data science support for the Consumer Business Sector’s portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing risk and reward to drive business growth opportunities and transformational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement credit risk policies, providing training and support as needed.
  • Analyze Personal Loans applications and portfolio management programs to identify potential risks.
  • Utilize statistical models and data analysis tools to assess credit risk.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk policies and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance policy and strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant credit risk management experience from the banking or financial industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in risk management software, data analysis tools, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills to assess credit risk and make data-driven decisions.
