Senior Technology Leader Role

As a senior technology leader, you will be responsible for spearheading a team of web engineers and fostering their professional growth while ensuring they deliver valuable work.

  • Seek continuous improvements to engineering practices
  • Deploy and operate services developed by the team
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for web and software development
  • Value soft skills and are passionate, enterprising, thoughtful, and self-motivated
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or a compelling narrative about alternative path
  • Drive and a track record of consistently exceeding expectations
  • Well-organized, self-starting, and able to deliver projects on schedule
  • Professional manner interacting with colleagues, partners, and community
  • Experience designing and writing high-quality Web technologies
  • Experience with Typescript, React, or Flutter
  • An eye for accessibility and performance
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
  • Passion, thoughtfulness, and self-motivation
