CreaThink Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our healthcare project team.

About the Role

This position focuses on delivering high-quality interior design solutions for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD, with a proven track record of producing comprehensive construction drawings and joinery documentation.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Australian building codes and standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce comprehensive construction drawings for commercial interior projects.
  • Create detailed joinery drawings and interior construction drawings to industry standards.
  • Ensure all design documentation meets Australian building codes and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD proficiently for design and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design.
  • Strong fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is required.
  • Prior experience working on Australian interior projects.
  • Strong design and technical skills, with an eye for detail and precision.
  • Ability to create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
