About this role:

Database Developer

We are seeking an experienced Database Developer to join our team. As a Database Developer, you will design and develop databases that meet business needs.

  • Create data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Build data transformations using SQL Server integration services (SSIS).
  • Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to be used during ETL processes.
  • Document solutions (e.g. data models, configurations, and setup).
  • Develop data warehouses and work with SSIS and SSRS reporting.
  • Analyze business requirements and implement them through reports that support decision-making.
  • Design and implement new systems for ETL processes.
  • Use Power BI and SSRS to create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
  • Collaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis.
  • Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources via APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, GraphQL, etc.) and CSV/flat file downloads.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
