Job Mandate

We are seeking a talented AI engineer to join our team. As an AI engineer, you will be responsible for adapting AI models, primarily Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestrating model fine-tuning, and feedback-based model learning within the project. You will also deploy various tools into the tech environment, collaborating closely with teams including DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full life cycle of machine learning and artificial intelligence models, from development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Coordinate fine-tuning of pre-trained models for specific tasks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Integrate models and data pipelines into the final product to deliver business value.
  • Work closely with IT teams (Infrastructure and DevOps) to build, configure, and monitor infrastructure for AI/ML models and use cases.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT groups, and internal data and analytics teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into the broader ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of models, algorithms, configurations, and other SDLC artifacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI engineering.
