Job Title: Video Editor for Social Media

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to produce high-quality video ads for Facebook and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 15-30 new video ads per week, ensuring a continuous flow of fresh content for testing and analysis.
  • Maintain a fast-paced editing time per video, balancing speed with high-quality output.
  • Efficiently repurpose existing content, user-generated content, stock footage, and brand assets to maximize creative output and minimize production costs.
  • Consistently produce winning ads that outperform previous creatives in terms of click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per action (CPA).
  • Iterate on existing creatives based on data insights, quickly launching multiple variations (different hooks, calls-to-action, formats) for A/B testing and optimization.
  • Ensure at least 50% of new ads outperform existing benchmarks, continuously refining creative strategy and approach.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and similar editing tools, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to create dynamic motion graphics and engaging animations that capture the audience's attention and drive conversions.
  • Strong command of fast-paced editing techniques, with the ability to maintain quality and consistency throughout the production process.
  • Experience with user-generated content editing and AI-based editing tools, with a strong understanding of their potential applications and limitations.
  • Deep knowledge of high-performing ad structures and direct-response marketing principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create effective and engaging ad campaigns.
  • Ability to think like a marketer and ensure every cut serves a conversion goal, with a strong understanding of how to optimize ad performance and improve ROI.
  • Strong grasp of Facebook and Instagram ad formats, with the ability to create ads that resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement.
  • Ability to turn raw footage into persuasive narratives that capture the audience's attention and drive conversions.
  • Comfort with analyzing ad performance metrics and using insights to improve creatives and optimize ad campaigns.
