Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team at THUNDER AUTOMOTIVE PARTS, INC.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in online sales.
  • This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of e-commerce specialists to drive high performance and a culture of continuous learning.
  • The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance our e-commerce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of online sales operations, including e-commerce platform management, order fulfillment, customer service, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze website performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales operations across digital channels.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or information technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Willing to work on site in Mandaluyong and/or Quezon City.
