Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Product Manager to join our team at ShipNow Information Technology. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and creating online listings for new products on Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create online listings for new products on Shopify, including editing and enhancing product photos.
  • Research product specification requirements in all categories to set standards for product information sourced from suppliers.
  • Implement product merchandising best practices and quality control processes.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and updates on site, including navigation, search optimization, category, and product page updates.
  • Conduct customer and competitor research.
  • Analyze visitor browsing, purchasing behavior, and customer journeys across multiple channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  • Optimize product listings for search engine visibility by incorporating relevant keywords and product attributes.
  • Audit product listings on all websites, including eBay, Shopify, Amazon, and others.
  • Execute changes to the site, including campaigns, new product uploads, product name changes, imagery, pricing, art elements, new pages, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product listing and management on Shopify.
  • Proven experience on different e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in conducting keyword research and using SEO strategies to optimize product listings for better search rankings.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and product listing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in product data entry.
  • Excellent written communication skills to craft compelling and informative product descriptions that drive sales.
