About the Position

QBE Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to join our team. As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for providing project management support for our Global Service and Operations Centre.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with QBE's Project Management standard processes
  2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders on transition planning assumptions and approval processes
  3. Coordinate with the Lead and Project Specialists for deliverables, schedules, and necessary sign-offs
  4. Prepare detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting templates as needed
  5. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and the PMO team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years of BPO experience, preferably in program/project management
  • Contract management experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with creating comprehensive project schedules
