Microgenesis Business Systems is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Representative to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will drive sales revenue through effective outbound calling and customer relationship management. They will generate sales and foster customer loyalty by closing deals and building rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and pre-qualify prospects, focusing on Commercial Software Services & Training, IT Security (Sophos), Volume Sales, Devices & Rentals.
  • Use the SPIN Selling technique to understand customer requirements and close the sale.
  • Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and responses to products & after-sales service via CRM.
  • Keep up-to-date on all products and inform customers of new products/solutions offered by the identified business unit.
  • Answer customers' questions on products/solutions/services offered.
  • Handle customer complaints and collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs.
  • Meet target quotas, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Create and update activity reports covering the number of calls, leads, customers, sales, and other pertinent information.
Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Ability to address certain issues and seek resolution.
  • Fast learner and can adapt to changes.
  • Can manage accounts with less supervision.
  • Approachable and friendly.
Working Location

This role requires working in Mandaluyong with a hybrid work setup.
