Business Analysis Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead our strategic initiatives and drive impactful business changes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced strategies for data analysis and process improvement.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. You will work closely with executive leadership and other stakeholders to build consensus and ensure business goals are met.

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement effective strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements to drive business changes.
  • Master Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with executive leadership and other key stakeholders, negotiating and resolving conflicts to build consensus and ensure business goals are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Champion Process Improvement: Conduct in-depth business analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement and recommend tailored solutions that optimize operations.
  • Shape Enterprise Architecture & Governance: Define and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture, ensuring a strong alignment between business strategy and technology capabilities.
  • Oversee Project Implementation: Work in close partnership with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of the industry by continuously following developments in business analysis, data analytics, and related fields.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and providing strategic business insights.
  • Adept at developing and implementing effective strategies for data analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and governance.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
