Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing online sales strategies and ensure smooth digital operations.
  • Manage product listings, maintain accurate details, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze sales performance, track online sales, customer trends, and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support promotions & campaigns, assist in planning and coordinating online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate inventory & orders, work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Shopee and Lazada is a must.
  • Strong understanding of online retail operations, including sales strategies and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, sales tracking, and e-commerce metrics.
  • Familiarity with inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and promotions management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment.
