Content Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Manager to oversee the organization and coordination of digital content across various client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about content structure and trends.



About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading, organizing, and tagging digital content for optimal access.
  • Maintaining folder structures, naming conventions, and documentation to ensure seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Supporting script template creation to maintain tone consistency across all content.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals.
  • Reviewing content for quality and accuracy, flagging inconsistencies and suggesting improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate databases and trackers to facilitate team coordination and decision-making.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.
