Job Title: Theft Protection Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to analyze video footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents.

This role combines analytical skills with attention to detail to support our mission of reducing retail losses.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents
  • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines
  • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels
  • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed
  • Update and maintain theft tracking systems
Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. They will also be able to communicate effectively with team members and provide top-notch customer service.

The successful candidate will undergo an intensive 5-day training program, during which they will learn the skills and techniques necessary to excel in this role.

Upon completion of the training program, the candidate will be expected to work flexible hours and be available to respond to incidents as needed.
