At Davies Paints Philippines Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator Specialist to lead our event planning team. As an expert in event management, you will be responsible for organizing and executing high-profile events that showcase our brand's excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine event costs and prepare budgetary recommendations.
- Negotiate agreements with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
- Work closely with internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals, objectives, and specific implementation plans that promote the organization's brand.
- Sources venues and recommend catering, acquire supporting technology, and coordinate development of materials to execute a quality event.
- Supervises, directs, and coordinates the activities of personnel, subcontractors, and vendors as required to successfully executed all aspects of the event on the scheduled delivery day.
- Performs tasks related to the planning, monitoring, and supervision of events.
- Provides post-event analysis, budget recaps, and participant feedback and incorporate learning into future plans.
- Reviews and facilitates payments for event-related suppliers.
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, ordering, and logistics.
